Jamie is a licensed Certified Nurse Midwife in the state of Utah. In her 18 years of working with mothers and babies, she has lived around the world and seen the different traditions and cultures surrounding birth. Jamie loves helping women find their inner voice and wisdom, especially during labor and birth.
Jamie received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Berea College in 2005. After working as a labor and delivery nurse for 9 years, she completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University and became a Certified Nurse Midwife. After giving birth to her two boys, she found interest in nutrition and how it can be healing. She went on to receive a masters certificate in Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
Jamie provides family planning, prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care for women throughout the lifespan. She provides continuous labor support and management of mother and fetus in the birth center setting. She provides sexual infection and cancer screenings.
