Hailee Rice has a big heart. Being the eldest of six children her love language is service. She loves to learn and experience new things. Hailee gave birth to her first child after being induced in the hospital.  This first experience inspired in her the desire to learn doula techniques. In 2020, she took a few doula trainings and soon began working as a midwife assistant. She has attended over 50 births and completely fallen in love with midwifery! She enjoys supporting women as they find their own ways through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. She is passionate about the well-being of families and knows that the support they receive through this time is foundational to a healthy family throughout eternity.

She enjoys time with her husband, her two children and has talents in reading, country swing dancing, and pole vaulting.
